The Flextrain X-baG is a soft adjustable weight bag, holding up to 20 lbs, that can mimic many of the movements of the standard medicine ball exercises such as, pitch and catch, sit-up’s, presses, twist’s, toss up’s, partner exercises. It all can be used in a similar movement as a kettle bell, such as swings, lifts, Turkish get ups, and most kettle bell routines.
